General Eligibility

To be eligible for federal aid, a student must:

1. Be accepted for enrollment and be in good standing, making satisfactory progress;
2. Be a citizen or eligible non-citizen;
3. Meet federal requirements regarding selective service registration and prior drug convictions;
4. Not be in default or beyond applicable aggregate limits on any federal student loan;
5. Not owe a refund on any federal grant (i.e., Pell Grant, Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, or LEAP).
