Today’s dental laboratory owner and manager must be a person who exercises a positive influence in making business and management decisions. The dental laboratory student learns concepts related to managerial aptitude and skills which will help him/her to achieve success. This introductory course is a combination of laboratory business and management principles in part based upon the manual of the National Association of Dental Laboratories.
