BSPH 4600 - PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY AND ADVOCACY

Public Health Policy and Advocacy provides students with an introduction to the health policy-making process in the US and methods for successful advocacy. The course demonstrates the use of economics in public health policy analysis and describes the approach taken when weighing individual rights against the public’s health.. The course will use real examples from practice to aid with transferring this knowledge to students. Prerequisites: BSPH 3600
