OCCT 6650 - EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE: RESEARCH I

[3 Credits]

Introduction to research designs and data analyses used in quantitative and qualitative studies will be covered; a research proposal will be developed. Students will search the current literature, critically evaluate journal articles, and articulate the relationship between research and evidence-based practice. The critical thinking needed for evidence-based practice and professional writing will be emphasized.
