DLT 3105 - DENTAL CERAMICS II

In this course, Dental Technology students will study traditional porcelain fused to metal restorative procedures and advanced all ceramic principles of tooth restorative technology. Laboratory experiences integrate fabrication methods of press ceramics and CAD/CAM techniques using current all-ceramic systems that are available in the dental technology industry. This course also includes the fabrication of provisionals, zirconia restorations. These ceramic restorative techniques include individualized characterization and color matching and aesthetic aspects of natural teeth.
