NURS 4369 - NURSING MANAGEMENT IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM PRACTICUM[4 Credits] Nursing Management in the Health Care System Clinical is a leadership course, which builds on knowledge gained in social sciences, humanities, and all previous sophomore, junior, and senior-level nursing courses. This course provides the opportunity for clinical application and interfaces with Nursing Management in the Health Care System Theory course. Students are allowed to appraise and practice nursing management theories with a group of diverse patients while coordinating diverse patient care, and in a one-to-one preceptor learning experience. Students examine and apply their nursing skills,, distinguishing them from management skills. [180 hours] clinical . Prerequisites: NURS 4352, 4362, 4372, 4357, 4358. Co-Requisites: NURS 4359
