NURS 4371 - PERSPECTIVES IN PROFESSIONAL NURSING

This course explores the transition into professional BSN nursing practice, cultivates a professional identity, reinforces ethical and legal responsibilities, and provides career development strategies. Students analyze evidence-based, culturally responsive care, healthcare policy, and advocacy, and develop resilience and conflict management skills. Students develop NCLEX-RN exam mastery, clinical judgement, test-taking strategies, exam preparedness, and professionalism. Prerequisites: NURS 4352, 4362, 4372, 4357, and 4358. Corequisites: NURS 4359, 4369, and 4346
