NURS 6440 - ADVANCED ROLE OF THE NURSE EDUCATOR I

This course builds upon knowledge from nursing theories, as well as social sciences and humanities, to enhance advanced direct patient care. Clinical judgment and innovation in practice are demonstrated in the direct care practicum experience, promoting proficiency in the nurse educator role. The course further explores the multifaceted nurse educator role by examining the four domains of educational scholarship: discovery, integration, application, and teaching.
