NURS 7914 - ADULT GERONTOLOGY CNS V: CARE AND PRACTICE TRANSITIONS

Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist V course is the fifth and final course preparing the student for the role of an Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist. This course synthesizes all prior coursework and allows clinical expertise to be refined. Emphasis is on the patient/client, nurses and nursing practice, and organizational/system spheres of impact. This course explores professional development and entry into practice for the Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist. The course reinforces theories, research, and interventions related to various topics relevant to the care of adult-gerontology patients across the lifespan.
