NURS 3345 - CHILD HEALTH SIMULATION/LAB

The Child Health Nursing Simulation/Lab course builds upon nursing theories and other disciplines including social sciences, humanities, to provide safe, quality, and equitable care that promotes the health of a diverse population and enhances clinical judgement. Students will develop technical skills in a safe, student-centered environment for the care of the pediatric patient. Students will develop critical thinking, decision -making, prioritization, and collaboration skills through pediatric simulated clinical case scenarios. Prerequisites: NURS 3351, 3362, 3372, 3356, 3366. Co-requisites: NURS 3355, 3365.
