NURS 4360 - Quality and Safety in Nursing and Health Care

[2 Credits]
This course focuses on patient safety and quality in health care and nursing. The course will review current guidelines and standards related to patient safety and quality care that apply to all levels of nursing students, nurses, and nursing specialties. Students will compare the literature to what is observed in practice and identify areas for improvement. Prerequisite: permission of the instructor.
