PHTH 7214 - PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE IN PHYSICAL THERAPY IV

Students continue to learn about the legal aspects of providing healthcare and of physical therapy practice. The legal structure of health care organizations and the systems that serve them are reviewed along with fair and legal avenues for providing pro bono services. Legalities of providing appropriate documentation for third party payers and documentation requirements for federal insurance programs are addressed.
