DHY 3205 - INTRODUCTORY CLINIC[3 Credits] A clinical course that applies techniques, procedures and information presented in Pre-Clinic. The course consists of the clinical treatment of patients for prophylaxis, in varying degrees of difficulty, complete series of X-rays, fluoride treatments, and oral health instruction. The course is supplemented by scheduled seminars on root planing, special patients, use of power scalers, auxiliary health aids, and laboratory diagnostic tests used in dental practice.
