INTER 143 - EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN & ANALYSIS[2 Credits] The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of basic principles of experimental design, biostatistics and bioinformatics for first year graduate students. At the end of this course, students will have a basic understanding of experimental design, variables and controls, descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, and bioinformatics tools. Students will be able to present and interpret graphical data and be able to think critically about experimental design and statistics in published articles.
